Ingredients

1 Dose Vollfett-Kokosmilch (300 ml )

1 Banane, geschält

4 Datteln, entkernt und zerkleinert

100 g Erdbeeren, entstielt

Serves 4-6

Method

Step 01 01

Vorsichtig die Dose Kokosmilch öffnen und den cremigen Teil abgießen, sodass der wässrige Teil in der Dose bleibt. Kokosmilch mit Banane und Datteln zu einer glatten Konsistenz vermengen.

Step 02 02

Die Hälfte der Mischung in eine Schüssel füllen und die Erdbeeren zur anderen Hälfte im Mixer dazugeben. Erneut mixen.

Step 03 03

Eis-Lolli-Formen etwa zur Hälfte mit der Erdbeermischung füllen. Die verbleibende Kokosmischung obendrauf gießen. Die Formen anschließend für mindestens 3 Stunden in die Tiefkühltruhe stellen.
