Ingredients

8-10 Scheiben Ciabatta, ca. 1 cm dick, in Knoblauch und Olivenöl eingelegt, gewürzt und gegrillt

8 reife Strauchtomaten

1/2 rote Zwiebel

10 Blätter frischer Basilikum

20 ml Sherry-Essig

30 ml hochwertiges Olivenöl

Büffelmozzarella, Ziegen- oder Schafskäse

Meersalz zum Würzen

Schwarzer Pfeffer zum Würzen

Serves 8-10

Method

Step 01 01

Tomaten entkernen.

Step 02 02

Zwiebel schälen.

Step 03 03

Zwiebel in den Glasbehälter geben und leicht zerkleinern.

Step 04 04

Tomaten und Basilikum hinzufügen und leicht zerkleinern.

Step 05 05

Essig und Öl dazugeben. Nach Bedarf würzen.

Step 06 06

Mit einem Löffel die Mischung auf das Ciabatta-Brot geben und etwas Käse darüber verteilen.

Step 07 07

Mit Basilikumblättern garnieren und servieren.
